GENERAL NOTES FOR MEMBERS 

  • Please complete the following form https://forms.gle/YeKXHoiX7GVuJuCV6 or send an email to maximumrollersports@gmail.com before the commencement of the AGM. This is so we can gauge the number of people attending and to nominate for the committee. Please complete this as soon as possible.

  • Those who do not RSVP to the form are still able to attend on the day but it is preferred that you complete it and will still need to contact an existing committee member prior to showing up.

  • People nominating for the committee must submit their RSVP 7 days prior to the AGM.

  • Members must be fully financial to be eligible to nominate and vote for the committee.

  • Members nominated for committee must have two other financial club members nominate them, you will be required to provide these two names in the RSVP.

  • Each committee member will be required to hold a role (either one of the primary roles (secretary, president, ect) or one of the ones described below).

 

GENERAL ROLES TO FILL OUTSIDE OF COMMITTEE POSITIONS

  • Division 3 Coordinator

(Manages referees, captains, goalies, player fees and seasons for division 3)

 

  • Division 2 Coordinator

(Manages referees, captains, goalies, player fees and seasons for division 2)

 

  • Events Coordinator

(Manages and works with other committee members and staff to coordinate events like Max Cup, Finals Sundays and any other event ran by the club)

 

  • Jrs Coordinator

(Manages referees, coaches, captains, goalies, player fees, trainings and seasons for jrs)

 

  • Social Media Manager

(Coordinates with other committee members and staff to create social posts and communications)

 

  • Officials Coordinator

(Organizes referee’s & officials for all games, works with SkateNSW/SkateAus for accreditations & certifications)

 

  • Sponsorship Coordinator

(Work with committee members to secure & retain sponsorship for the club)
